Atelier m’alice, a bakery and pastry training centre, offers two types of training.
We offer advanced training for bakers and confectioners, both managers or employees. Since 2020, we have organised initiation courses for people looking to retrain as bakers.
Our group and customised training courses
Atelier m’alice has organised group training courses in baking, pastry, snacking and pastry-making in France and abroad since 2012. Our instructors are experts in their fields, and very often Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) or World Champion award winners. In addition to their work as instructors, they are consultants in the craft bakery sector or run their own businesses. Atelier m’alice has chosen instructors who are on the ground so we can guarantee training that reflects what actually happens when you work as a baker. This requirement is always at the top of our minds.
So in a fully-equipped bakery, everyone can be inspired by existing recipes, practice and learn the techniques of the greatest instructors. The bakery is always a place of for discussion and a great atmosphere, great things to have in our business.
Our group training courses are mainly held at our milling partners near Nantes, Rennes and Paris. But these advanced courses can also be organised in C.F.A., unions, etc.
