The Meilleur Ouvrier de France (MOF) diploma is awarded only in France and was created in 1924 to recognise outstanding achievement and expertise in the exercise of a professional activity in the craft industry.
Our approach to international training is to offer only bespoke courses. There are two ways to benefit from our training courses :
- either our instructors come directly to your bakery or production centre
- or we offer training courses in France, at our milling partners near Nantes, Rennes, Toulouse and Paris.
Thanks to our network of bakery professionals in different countries, we have already provided training in Belgium, Canada, etc.
